Toothache is one of the most common type of pain people experience. The root cause of these issues are usually found deep in the gums and based on the severity it could be extremely unpleasant.
The treatment of bad teeth can stop the problems affecting healthy ones.
Our conservational plans take care of smaller decays and more serious root decaying as well. Tooth decay can affect the inside of the teeth causing pain and it can lead to serious swelling and inflammation if left untreated.
Even seemingly healthy teeth can be sensitive to temperature, chemicals and sweets. When this happens the decay is usually found between the teeth or can be caused by the gums retracting. Both of these issues can be cured by restoring the surface of the teeth.
It’s important to treat the smaller decays as well, so the teeth will last longer. The filling material matches the color of the teeth, easy formable and dries quickly when exposed to light.
The inlay and onlay fillings are made based on a mold taken from the patient. It can be made out of plastic, cheramics or metal and it’s fixed using a special glue a few days after the mold sampling. It has the benefit of matching the color and shape of healthy teeth and lasts much longer than regular dental fillings.
During a root operation we use a local anesthetic and set up a tap on the affected tooth, so it can be formed easily.
